In pakistan the rice export bussiness was being fully monopolised by the public sector (Gov)till 1986 after that govt allowed the private sector to make expert of rice abrod however being new comer in the field the expert did not have any modern equipment & machine to process good quality of rice at that time haji abdul ghafoor was an engineer in Doaba rice mills (RECP) and had thirty years experience on his cridit came forward and ccepted the challange.

He started introducing modren techniques by giving consultation to the exports the exporters of pakistan then had new problems as they had no option but the import to reprocessing plants from other countries which were very costly here again haji abdul ghafoor came forward & he accepted the challange to manofacture these processing plant in pakistan by establishing prime rice engineering in 1992 now al hamdolilah more then 60% modren plants are installed by prime rice engineering in pakistan & abroad prime started dryer units in 1993 & praboling units in 1996 now they are in collaboration with GS international amratsar india for exchange of views /technologay for parbolling rice technology this caliration will prove a milage stone in the history of modern era of parbolied rice technalogy(inshallah).
