  A WORKING PRINCIPLE  
     
 

Stock is fed to a regulatory feed valve to ensure the constant feed at perforated platform. Perforated sheets of required size are provided in Double/triple stage hanging with wire rope. Eccentric motion with an adjustable counter weight is given to the machine. The stock is fed to 1st stage which separates the large size whole Kernel & the remaining stock is brought back to the start of 2nd stage. Which separates very small broken large broken & the reming head rice in the stock.
This Machine has an excellent performance with no vibration.
 
     
  INSTALATION  
 
   
 
  1. The Machine must be firmly grouted otherwise this can make any damage due to strong centrifugal force produced, its heavy flat sieves & counter weight.
  2. Machine must be leveled.
  3. Out let of the rice, broken must be kept in view while installing as per Elevators positions.
 
     
  OPERATION  
 
     
  Before operations check that the machine is firmly grouted. Put the machine into gear, there should be no extraordinary vibration or noise. If there is any vibration adjust the counter weight.
Open the feed valve & check the out comings of 1st stage if some broken in the head rice, reduce its R.P.M. from the adjustable pulley. Similarly check the out comings of lower stage & adjust properly as required.

The rubber balls are provided in each stage to avoid clogging of the screens through the bouncing action of the balls.

  
 
     
  MAINTENANCE  
 
     
 
  1. Grease the eccentric pin & bearings after 3 months.
  2. Clean the sieves with wire brush as and when required.
  3. Replace the wire rope if broken.
  4. Check the rubber balls after 6 months working, replace if necessary.
  5. When sieves are changed, leakage should be properly stopped.
